"The room was pleasant enough. Everything was clean. I appreciated the larger shower but there was very little water pressure and the temperature never got very hot. Our king size bed was in bad shape. You could feel the springs. It was like sleeping in a hammock- not very restful. The tv barely worked. The breakfast selection was nice but the warming pan didn't keep the eggs and sausage very warm. The eggs were stone cold by the time you got back to the table! The staff was polite in the few interactions I had."

"Rachel was wonderfully helpful at check in and later in answering questions. Room clean and spacious. On second floor (no elevator) but had balcony with wonderful view. Springdale shuttle is steps away. Pool and hot tub nice to relax in after hiking. Breakfast at Porter’s delicious. Also ate lunch there. Highly recommend the Bumbleberry Inn."

"I walked around my hotel room in my white socks. They were black on the bottoms just before I was going to bed. I didn't realize they didn't clean the rugs. The breakfast wasn't bad. I prefer butter rather than margarine."
