And worst of all we checked in got dressed for our evening took our bags didn’t trust location someone entered our room took extra room key from table left two lighters and my original key was deactivated. It was a horrible experience. "

"Staff took them to check us in, etc. then waited until we are all checked in and unloading kids and luggage to inform me that they have no hot water for showers or anything. I asked for clarification thinking I heard wrong. Nope. Entire building was out of hot water indefinitely. It was now after midnight and I had crying children and one that needed cleaned up and no where to go. It took an hour of calling around to find another hotel an hour away with room for us. My husband had all ready taken one load to the room and it was not very clean either. We gathered our things and checked out, being told they couldn’t refund us. For a night we couldn’t even stay due to their lack of facilities. Still working to actually speak to a manager despite many phones calls and emails. "
