"Angela at the front desk was the only bright spot in our stay!! The parking attendants were rude and we had a reservation!! It was like we were trying to take advantage of the parking. I showed them our reservation on Expedia and they were still rude. The front desk had two people checking in during a peak time. At one point one had to leave to correct a housekeeping issue which should have been addressed by housekeeping. Our room was down dirty hallways and hard to find. Went to the rodeo and then came back to find we had mold in our bathroom ceiling. Too late to change rooms! Also we called for an extra blanket and they never came. The next morning we went to breakfast off property and came back to check out and the parking attendant was again rude and told us our parking sticker had expired. I was under the impression we had till we checked out to use the parking lot!!! I know you have a captured audience due to being right next to rodeo but I will not be giving you guys any more of my money! "
