"The best part of the stay was the food. I had an Indian dish for dinner that was very good and the breakfast buffet was as good as other similar hotel chains. The bar was very old school (dark and dingy) but there was live music. The room however smelled very musty, almost like an old smoking room in hotels from an era ago. The mini fridge was very small and dirty. This might be a good budget choice stay for some, but was not the comfort level in the room that I was looking for."

"I would especially like to commend the housekeeping staff. The cleanliness and upkeep of the suite were outstanding throughout our visit. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and their efforts significantly enhanced our overall experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail deserve recognition. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk staff — specifically the evening staff — were noticeably less welcoming. Upon arrival, the check-in experience felt cold and impersonal. Rather than being greeted warmly, it felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff simply by checking in. Additionally, during our stay, I politely asked the front desk whether there might be a fork I could borrow. After what appeared to be visible annoyance, I was directed to ask the restaurant instead, without any attempt to assist further. While the property itself is stunning and our upgraded suite made for an unforgettable stay, the level of hospitality displayed by the evening front desk staff did not reflect the caliber of the hotel itself. A warmer, more guest-focused approach from the front desk team would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

"I recently completed a 3‑night stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole and was charged a $90 resort fee for amenities that were largely unusable during my visit. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with what was advertised or expected. During my stay, the indoor pool area—which is one of the primary amenities included in the resort fee—was not usable. The jacuzzi was under construction, and the entire indoor pool area was dirty and cluttered with construction materials. When I asked the front desk staff on the last day whether I could use the amenities, they confirmed that the indoor pool and jacuzzi were available. But that was not correct. I also could not locate the sauna inside the pool area, and there was no clear signage or access. Given the weather (around 40°F), using the outdoor pool or jacuzzi was not a realistic option. This meant that none of the advertised pool or spa amenities were actually accessible during my stay. If amenities are unavailable due to construction or maintenance, this should be clearly communicated at the time of booking and at check‑in. Charging a resort fee under these circumstances is not appropriate, as guests are paying for services they cannot use. I am requesting that the resort fee be waived or refunded, as the amenities it covers were not provided. Transparency and accurate communication are essential for a positive guest experience, and I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously."
