Internet was super fast and easy to get up and running. The space was comfortable and easy to work and collaborate in while also eating and lounging. And the location to where we needed to be was literally 5 minutes! It couldn't have been better. Will definitely rent again. Super clean, super quiet sleepy little street. Just perfect for two peeps looking to get work done, relax and get home.

Southern Pines 4th of July visit

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked property served us well for a short visit to our family in Southern Pines. Only issues were overflowing outdoor trash bins upon arrival and neighborhood is not the best, although location is very convenient to downtown Southern Pines.

Great Location for a bargain!

Title says it all. This property was close to dowtown food and entertainment options. It was also close to several golf courses we played at. House was accurately described in listing, and perfect size for our group of 4 adult men. Owner was also very good with communication when we had a question during our stay.

Cute place, great location!

Well kept and cozy spot which was perfect for me while competing at the Carolina Horse Park (only 20 minutes away). Close to downtown Southern Pines which has lots of great restaurants and shops. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was really comfy and I slept great!

This house was perfect for our family. It was very easy to get in, very clean and exactly what we needed. It's convenient to downtown Southern Pines, but you do have to drive to get there. We needed somewhere to stay while we were in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly!

the house was perfect for us; the house was clean and the kitchen had everythin I needed for the two week stay. it was a perfect location and convenient for our visit with family. we would stay again, if available. only complaint: garbage cannisters outside were never emptied and did smell; also there were flies, bees, etc...we were told that the cleaning company would remove them, but they never came...

Wonderful house and location

The home was very nice. It is well kept and in a great location near old downtown, parks, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of room for my family on the thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen had dishes, cooking items, and coffee! One of my emails had the incorrect door code but when i called Anthony he responded immediately with the correct code and we got right in with no other issues. Thank you for your hospitality!

The home is not in a good location. Neighborhood is extremely run down and not well taken care of. It felt very unsafe to stay with family there. Finally, the house smelled of cigarette smoke. Reached out to the host directly to address these concerns and they insinuated that I was lying about my concerns. They were not helpful out all. I do not recommend staying here.

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE - DO NOT BOOK

We arrived at the property at 9:30pm after playing an afternoon round of golf. Street/house/lot were dark, only lighting was from other house porch lights. Entered the code given to me in the confirmation email and it didn’t work. Tried it multiple times and could not get into the house. I sent the property owner a message on vrbo and didn’t get a response. Called him at 9:39, 10:02 and 10:16pm and left voicemails each time, never got a response. I also sent a text at 10:04pm, never got a response. I spent the next hour and fifteen minutes talking to VRBO support, who also could not get in touch with the property owner. Support finally agreed to refund my money at 11:15pm. Thankfully there was a hotel within a couple miles that had availability for two nights.May be a one off exception, but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a VRBO booking. Absolutely shocked that this host has been deemed premiere by VRBO. Still have not heard from him. Highly recommend you do not try and book this property or any other properties he has listed. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
