"Problem was getting into room. First room door wouldn't open. Clerk said that was a bad one. If you knew it was bad, then why was I given room. Second room couldn't get the door open. Clerk came with me and said you have to pull the door before pushing it open. Worked after several tries. Same issue getting out of the room. Had to push door before pulling it open. Dangerous in case of emergency."

"There were young men hanging around everywhere. Loud music pulsating through the parking lot from open car doors. Scantily dressed women in the parking lot. Definitely not a place to take your family/children. Even though the parking lot was well lit up, there was no security or control of the situation whatsoever. I did not feel safe. I will not stayu at this franchise anywhere again."

"I understand that when you get a room for a lower price you may not have all of the amenities. That doesn't give excuse for the tub to be dirty, bathroom door to be broken, etc. Staff was friendly, but my wife and i wouldn't ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. "
