"Clean Room. Pleasant Staff."

"Room is clean, staff is fine, breakfast cost too expensive and not much food options bars is nice. Only problem my room is door locked is not communicating with key card during time I stayed there. Room I324 They can't fixed it. I have to stay my friend room during I stay there while I have to pay full 2 night there. I complained front desk but looked like front desk gentleman won't do anything about it."

"The room was very clean and neat. Staff Maggie very nice polite and professional. There's a place to do Laundry for free .... Great !!! Plenty of parking places.... I will definitely stay again ..."

"The night staff was amazing super helpful and very friendly. The gal on the morning shift seemed annoyed both days. She seemed to be irritated by the eggs someone had dropped on the counter, it wasn't until I grabbed a napkin and picked it up that she even said good morning to anyone. The 2nd day after a long long day we arrived only to find the key cards weren't working that was quickly resolved. The first night we arrived we had been driving for 10 hours so we went straight to bed, the next day I found 2 pills on the floor (thankful my kids are older) and beer cans in the trash (which probably contributed to the smell in the room), tabacco spit all over the trash can. Which left me to believe the room had not been cleaned (if these weren't done the bedding probably was not eaither). Parking was a nightmare even with the extra down the road. Hotel is located in a nice area with lots of shopping and dinning which was a plus. The pool was also very nice (no towels though front desk made me go track down housekeeping). "
