The previous clerk was more customer friendly and the one was on duty at check in was allegedly afraid of my two small service dogs. We were temporarily inconvenience and had to find another location. The clerk informed us we had to get in contact with our third-party refund. They don't worry about my family to utilize their business again."

"The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is the room number needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY. So to say it’s against the law is a LIE. The proper term would be per the policy of this hotel I am not allowed to transfer calls to guest rooms but to lie and say it’s against the law is just SORRY. Indians have such nasty attitudes and think they can just say some crap cause they own hotels. No you still should have respect for your guests and potential customers but still protecting in house guests. I’ve worked at 8 hotels. I’ve done hospitality for 10 years. I’ll never stay here again EVER. It was an emergency and I didn’t ask for the room number cause I’m not stupid. We see who is the stupid one."
