"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"I stayed in this hotel for a business trip and it was perfect. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Bed and bedding was comforatble. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the free breakfast was a nice touch as well."

"Terrible staff. The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"

"Keep in mind they will charge you for parking and they work with other properties to ensure there isn't free parking nearby. I tried to go to the bar but it took a while to ask for a menu and when I was ready to order there wasn't anybody available to take it. The next morning I got an omelette from the restaurant and it was overcooked. Also there was a Catholic convention in town so just also keep in mind that it might be packed with boomers who hate the phrase "excuse me.""

"We showed up and the front staff said their internet went out, however these 2 people were extremely rude to everyone who was waiting, and kept ignoring people who wanted to ask questions about eta for check in. I will NEVER stay there again. Please ensure you hire staff who enjoy customer service"

"Conveniently located and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tries to look fancier than it is. The floor we were on was quite warm and our AC made a loud rattling noise which was annoying. The “restaurant” is a bit of a joke with meh quality food and high prices. Having to pay for parking also seems silly considering the location."

"Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. Basically the staff was rude, the parking situation was...

"2/5 Stars Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience."

"The walls are very thin at this hotel. The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park."

"All staff, except one white male at the reception, where very professional and helpful. We reserved a room for 4 people but when we checked in the room only had 2 bath towels. Since we checked in very late at night we decided to notify the reception in the morning, and we wished that we communicated this to the lady that checked us in because she was very welcoming and helpful. Instead, we encountered a very rude white male in the morning who told us that this is how it works at every hotel...

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."
