The room was nice and roomy, the bed was comfortable, but the grounds were dated. The shower was old and the walls were gross in the bathroom. The worse complaint is the allowed drug use on the property. There were people right in the walkway smoking weed and smelling the place up. It seemed like they had long term stayers and they were comfortable enough to do drugs in the open.
The people who run the place were nice enough. I would not go back there.
First of all the picture on Expedia does Not match the dive i pulled up to. This pool had No water in it and the place is run down. and the characters coming out of there i would Not stay even if it was Free! So i left. What false advertisement. Beware
Great room for the price. Clean, comfortable, but no coffee maker in the room which was disappointing. This hotel is exactly what you need on a budget; no frills, it's next to everything, short walk to the beach, the pirates museum, and two great mini golf places.
This hotel was very dirty and showed having a pool but when we got there the pool was empty with a chair in the middle of it. Property did not look very kept up and we were not able to stay here.

Staff was friendly and attentive to concerns
It's a slightly dated hotel. The towels in the bathroom have seen a lot of use.The hotel was in a great location, the room was a good size, we did not eat breakfast there. Staff was friendly and attentive to concerns.
They allowed us to check in 1 hr early. Unfortunately they didn't have 1st floor rooms available for my handicap friend (my fault for not requesting it during reservations). She offered to let us check to make sure she can make it up & down the stairs (she walks with two canes) couldn't she wouldn't charge us for cancelation. The super friendly owner helped my friend carry the bags upstairs. The only issue we had was a squeaky pipe. Every 1.5-2 hrs it would start to squeal high pitched & get worse until you got up & flush it. So 2 nights of no sleep
We didn't complain because we didn't want someone in the room due to COVID & we already disinfected are room ourselves.
I would absolutely stay here again. Hopefully next time no COVID so pool can be open
We pulled up and we left. The pool was empty with a black bottom. Screens were held with duct tape.
Don’t trust the photos the place looks nothing like that. Terrible
Very dated property ... needs to be updated. Decent location central to attractions. Budget property. You get what you pay for. Accomodating hosts, but not a place I would stay for a long stay.
Very nice hotel for the money. Owner Raj was very pleasant & put out a very good complimentary breakfast every morning - brewed cofffee and coffee pods, bagels, toast and mini muffins, 4 types of cereal, OJ, yogurt and fresh fruit (bananas & apples when I was there). Bathrooms are updated and clean and rooms are spacious - my room had 2 queen beds, a small table for dining, an easy chair , a microwave and a fridge and still had plenty of open space. There’s a nice pool with lots of chairs and they are close to reasonably priced dining. Its an older hotel but it’s well maintained, its clean, the owners are great & I would stay there again
The staff was friendly. The motel is dated and my room was smelly.

The rom stunk so they gave me another room which marginally better.
The pool was not heated so too cold to enter.
The breakfast area was in the reception so crowded plus it had no AC so very uncomfortable.
So much better than expected! Listen, this isn’t a 5 Star Luxury Resort- but it got the job done! The owners are so lovely and friendly, we got put in the corner room which was very large. They do offer a small breakfast every morning- think mini muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee. I was greeted by name every time I entered the lobby. It’s a little bit older and could use some minor adjustments but we were very happy. We booked this trip last minute and everywhere was sold out- but I’m leaving a review because we will definitely return and were pleasantly surprised with our experience! To me, it’s not worth spending $700 a night to stay down the road on the bench when you can easily enjoy yourself and be at this hotel (less than 1 mile to the beach).
We loved it the manager works her ass off cleaning every room. The rooms were clean and quiet. My daughter loved the pool we would definitly stay again!!! The only criticism is the wifi signal was not strong unless you were in the pool area or near the office but other than that great place to stay
