"Well there was no easy way to order room service although I knew I could just call the restaurant downstairs but the online menu indicated the in-room dining when I clicked on it it gave me options to eat but no way to order it I texted the front desk as that is one of their services and it took them 20 minutes to respond to the three text messages I sent making it almost too late at that point to order so I just ordered Buffalo wild wings With all that said the place was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable the TV was great there is a pool but I would have preferred a hot tub but nothing wrong with the pool The $50 that they force you to pay right when you check in You're supposed to be refunded back if you don't use it... I did not in fact use it because of aforementioned issues ordering room service quickly and easily... I mentioned getting that 50 back to the front desk she said it takes about 3 days... But I had the money in my account on the Uber ride home... So that was great."

"Hotel was clean abd very nice. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for breakfast. It was $20 a person for a very good breakfast buffet. Kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall the state was great but had a few issues. First, the good stuff; the staff was excellent! They found out it was our anniversary and they had a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate up in our room before we even got there. The breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was close to entertainment and restaurants. The issues, we didn't know we had to pay for parking but it was in a secure garage which made the car safe. Next, the elevator near the parking garage ended up going out of service which is not their fault at all but it added a lot of extra walking. Finally, for such a nice place their toilet paper was AWFUL, we went and bought our own. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Most good but window didn’t have a darking curtain so a bright street light shined brightly into our room. Hard to sleep in an room lit up so much!"

"It was excellent. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy eggs and sausage. Cereal and milk. But some day im going to find coffee from a hotel that is to die for. Until than pick this one"
