Here are some of the issues with the property. Generally it was just gross and filthy. - BBQ- absolutely filthy, only 1/2 of gas burner works.- Upstairs bedroom fan screeches constantly.- Aircon leaked on furniture and main bed. We used the dry setting but had the same result. We had to use the fan, and the kids had to share a single room (we paid for a 3 bedroom place but couldn't use.- Multiple light bulbs missing or broken.- Carpet at the staircase stinks and is so gross.- Front security screen doesn't lock. - Door and window trims are full of mold and dirt.- Glass windows and insect screening were dusty, stained, as their blinds. - A ridiculous amount of dust everywhere (under tables, beds, kitchen area and table tops in the bedrooms).- The leather sofas (leather) were mouldy inbetween folds.- All ceiling fans have so much dust built up on them.The mice / rats in the walls were such a nice touch to wake you up in the early AM.- Spider webs everywhere inside.- The aluminum floor trim between the bathroom and hall sticks up about 25mm. So your feet get cut up for the first few days.- HDMI cable to TV is broken.Contact with agent was initially good and attentive but once they gave feedback to Stayz and us, it was full of mistruths and deceptive language. We have all the images to back up these statements.Please avoid this property.
