"We stayed in a two bedroom with our grandson and we all had a blast at the property"

"Breakfast was good. The hotel is lovely, and the server staff at the restaurant, particularly Francisco, was amazing. Bed not the comfiest. Toilet always took at least 2 flushes. Shower did not drain well and had more than a bit of mold. Elevator intermittently went to my floor. Hot tub was nice but not so hot. Spa is not even close to a luxury spa in my experience! Extremely overpriced with mediocre massage at best and gratuity included whether you enjoy your massage or not. "

"Very nice place to stay. Staff were fantastic. Location is great with many restaurants, bars and shops on the river, within walking distance. We will definitely return! Highly recommend."

"Breakfast basic continental and food at poolside low quality. Fries served cold, no dipping sauces for tenders etc. bathrooms by pool without toilet paper, painting needed on all railing services on balconies. Location is good but staff could be friendlier and helpful. Checking in was not pleasant. "
