In other words, everything would be covered. When we checked out, they charged us an additional $45.00. I went to the check-out desk to dispute the charges the representative indicated that we did not read the fine print. Therefore, we had to pay that amount. It was unfair, because I read everything before making the reservation and we still had to pay the charges. "

The window I was supposed to have a view through was covered in dirt and fingerprints, and it got even dirtier by the time I saw it in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I dialed 0 and asked housekeeping to clean the shower, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and never sent anyone. "
