Great location. Unfortunately the hotel needs better up-keep and maintenance. Price is good but needs to be modernized. WIFI only available very close to the office area. Pool area is very nice.

Not a bed place to stay — away from the strip but close enough to do what you do —- closer to the Beach — nice clean place —- no hot water but who needs it in the summer —

La chambre était propre et le personnel très agréable. De plus, l'hôtel était très bien situé à deux minutes à pieds de la plage. Par contre, il est indiqué sur la page que l'hôtel offre un service de navette pour l'aéroport, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Également, bien qu'il y ait effectivement du wifi gratuit, il était pratiquement inaccessible depuis notre chambre. Il fallait aller à la piscine pour l'utiliser. Dans notre chambre, il n'y avait qu'une petite lampe qui fonctionnait, donc très peu de luminosité et il fallait attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir environ 12 minutes d'eau chaude, mais ce n'est pas comme ça dans toutes les chambres.Le petit déjeuner continental est composé d'une très petite salade, une petite salade de fruits, un oeuf et du pain. Il n'est pas possible de choisir. Finalement, il faut idéalement savoir bien parler et comprendre l'espagnol puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une personne qui pouvait comprendre et un peu parler le français. Personne ne semblait comprendre ou parler l'anglais.

Bad experience I never checked in as I felt unwelcome, they were discussing what to do with me in spanish and I speak a little spanish so I took my bag and checked into another hotel

Lamentablemente las fotos que aparecen de este hotel no van con la realidad. El servicio fue horrible, el hotel no se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Lo único que está pasable es el área de la piscina. Inclusive habíamos reservado 2 noches y preferimos pagar la penalidad y quedarnos sólo un día y porque de verdad era muy tarde para buscar hotel pq sino hubiera cancelado los dos días. No recomiendo el hotel para nada.
