Staff were fabulous and the room was clean and lovely, however, there was a mining site just outside the property which meant that you could hear drills from 6am to 6pm and large trucks drove past every 10 minutes. The noise prevented any relaxation and was awful. Also, the extras were outrageously expensive and on par with a 5 star hotel - which it certainly was not. Stay away

I booked here Sunday night. Right after dinner I followed my gps to the address. It put me in area of San Nicolas. I drove around for a hour looking for it but couldn’t find it. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t answer there phone. I asked door people at nearby properties none of them heard of it. I got frustrated drove home. They refuse to refund the money on two rooms. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m not even sure if it exists. They are heartless. That don’t answer phone. Not emails when you need them.
