"Fantastic stay here, service, amenities and location all excellent. Major construction work around the hotel but did not experience any disruption. Had a slight issue with the first room we checked in to but was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout our stay and would like to thank him and his colleagues for making our stay very pleasant."

"The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^."

"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi. Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. "While it was indeed located near the airport, our room had an awful smell with dented furniture, moldy bathroom tiles, and a hard mattress. Luckily we came in late and left early for our flight, but this property should be avoided. "
