Nice linens, clean room. I hardly saw staff, as I exited and entered at off times. There were enough outlets in the room for me to work- which is often a problem in hotels. I supposedly need to fill more info into this box, but I have nothing more to say

Weekend getaway trip.
We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and decided to return to the area. The hotel is close to the interstate, but the road signs can be confusing.
The hotel and rounds are clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast consists of bagels, English muffins, and a variety of basic pastries, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice. It could use some fresh fruit, yogurts and cereal.
Our one problem with this trip, we were planning on using the 'indoor pool'. When we got there we found out the pool was not available. I am willing to believe it has been unavailable for quite some time, because I think it was unavailable when we were there before. The hallway leading to the pool was not labeled, and the pool area was closed off.
This was disappointing. If it has in fact been closed for a while, they should remove it from the listing site.

Good loca8
Worth the money for what we received . Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even in the non smoking section
Beautiful room, clean hotel, BUT NO INROOM COFFEE! Couldn't believe it; no microwave, either, for instant. Restaurant full with wedding party- no fook served in lounge, and nearby restaurant. Parking not very convenient and breakfast area not accessible for handicapped.
Recommended by hotels.com agent, and it was very bad recommendation a non smoking room was stinking tobacco, ask to be relocated at another one and it was smelling like cigarettes, uncomfortable beds, people talking in hallways at 3am. Breakfast is so lite just coffee, juice and pastries.
Definitely won't stay there again and never let one of your agents recommend me a hotel.

Hotel stay
Spur of the moment stay with my boyfriend. The only complaint I have was the bathroom sink...it appeared as though someone had dumped an ashtray in the sink and it stained it. Also, walls seems kind of think. Overall the stay was fine. Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious.

This an old Travelodge changed to an Econolodge, The Gym and pool were closed and looked a bit abandoned. I could not rate it 2 because was better then a 2 but I would have chosen 2.5 if I could have chosen this option. It's okay for a quick overnight, the breakfast however was not interesting at all. There is a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance thank God! It is very close to the entrance to the Raritan Canal, beautiful bike path, this is why we chose to stay there.

We were generally satisfied with the accombidation
Good 5-day stay. Only discrepancies were: noisy air conditioner. Bath tub was a bit too narrow for the feet. We senior citizens whose faculties are diminished (equilibrium, sense of balance) need a wider stance to keep from slipping and could use a safety bar to help stand up while showering.

Cheap and Worth It
This place would be on my short list of places to stay if I were in the Witness Protection Program.
Lobby and rooms were overdue for a renovation 10 years ago. Having said that it is reasonably clean. Has a decent bar with a kitchen.that serves a few choices not found on your average "pub fare" menu. Breakfast is almost non existent; cheap bagels and white bread, some mini muffins, OJ and coffee. No meat, no eggs, no cereal, but hey, the price for a room is very low, the abandoned cars in the parking lot aren't that obtrusive and who knows you might be treated to the howls and moans from the ghosts of the long abandoned huge indoor pool at night. And that could be entertaining!
Room was musky smelling. Air conditioner made a lot of noise. Carpet was worn out and dirty. However, sheets were clean. Pool was closed permanently and lounge was not the same. Last time it was a nice tropical bar. Would never stay there again. Was a nice place a long time ago.
Bom hotel. Anteciparam o chek in do quarto como cortesia. Local sem muitas opções de comida, mas aceitáveis.

Simple
It's a very basic hotel, with no frills. The location doesn't make it easy to get to the routes nearby. The free breakfast is coffee, juice and pastries only. But, it is quiet.

Out dated computer system can cause inconvenience
My only negative revue on this hotel is their out dated computer system. I originally planned to pay for my room in cash, but when I first checked in the person at the counter said that they didn't except cash. But he said that if I could pay for my 1st night (I was staying for 2) with my credit card, then he would talk to his manager in the morning and let me know if I could pay the second night with cash. The next day they let me pay for my second night with cash. However, when I checked my bank account, there was a charge for BOTH nights on my card! When talking to the manager later on, she explained that it wasn't them that charged me for the second night, it was there computer system. Sounds shady to me and someone needs to seriously update their computer system! My advice, make sure you have plenty of money on what ever card you charge your room too and also hopefully you can wait the 7 to 10 days for them to refund as well.
Very dated. Questionable cleaning. Old systems (tv, ac, tub). Expensive for quality.

Return to Yesterday
I really want to like this place, have stayed here twice now. It's got a funky 70"s vibe to it and a halfway decent bar/restaurant attached. Having said that the rooms, hallways, etc look as though they are months away from being shuttered due to bankruptcy or something. The place is reasonably clean and comfortable and the restaurant is a plus but definitely looks, feels ready to shut down!
i was at that hotel 5 years ago, and the mattresses in all the rooms i been in had big dents in the center, now 5 years later the mattress still have the same dents in the center, me and my girl friend woke up sunday morning with are backs stiff and killing us, the mattresses are probably 30 tears old
FOR GOD SAKE BUY SOME NEW MATTRESSES ,other then that we could deal with the rest, but will never go back again

Nice area, close to restaurants.
Nice hotel for the price, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breafasts was not great just basic.
Abgewohntes Motel in Somerset in New Jersey State.
Lowest price per night compared to other hotels near by. Great size room. Only complaint the Breakfast was none existing. Basically Bread , coffee and juice was your choices.
The lobby was lovely, but once you got to the hallway to the rooms, it was dilapidated and in need of updating. There was bubbled and peeling wallpaper in my room. The bed was firm, but the pillows were lumpy.
I left a "Do Not Disturb" tag on my door, but housekeeping attempted to enter my room before I had left for the day. I found that my "Do Not Disturb" had disappeared. When I returned that evening MY ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. Housekeeping had not been back to my room! I was appalled, went to the desk clerk to comllain, and his response was to blow me off with a "What do you want me to do about it?". I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.
