"Everything was perfect except charging us for water on dinner table while having free bottles of water in the rooms!!! They stopped charging us for water after we complained , but not sure if the rules were changed for everyone"

"We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . "Great vacation /getaway spot …. Clean private and rich"

"Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. "Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last."

"Staff is extremely friendly."
