Incoveniente é Problemático

Hotel mediano, bastante conservado, ótimo atendimento. O wifi não é aberto, não funciona para todos os apartamentos e bloqueia os sites tais como netflix, youtube, Spotify (para quem viaja sozinho sabe que faz uma grande diferença), estacionamento caótico (para quem não quer ter problemas com estacionamento não é recomendável, sempre há que deixar a chave com o manobrista, e ainda há situações em que seu carro está sendo fechado por outro carro e o manobrista não tem a chave em mãos gerando um tremendo estresse). Em linhas gerais não recomendo esse hotel, pois com 30 reais a mais na diária ficaria no Golden Tulip sem esses problemas básicos.

Reserva número 8019586063590 - Data 31/10 a 01/11 Visconde Hotel - Sobral Av Lucia Saboia, 473 -CEP 62010-830 Cheguei no hotel as 15 horas e não constava da reserva . Alegaram que não tinham convênio com vocês Alguém está agindo de ma fé Me alocaram num quarto improvisado localizado nos fundos do hotel, sem conforto algum é muito menos sem condições de receber ninguém Gostaria de uma posição de vocês em relação aos clientes Aguardo retorno

Preço justo e serviço excelente

Recepcionistas bem educados e cardeais, no restaurante da mesma forma, atendendo de primeira e comida honesta tanto no preço quanto na qualidade. Quarto muito bom. A única coisa que deve ser melhorada é o estacionamento, pois é muito apertado e com poucas vagas.

Hotel com ótima localização

Um dos melhores hotéis da região, dos que já me hospedei em Sobral, sem dúvidas é o melhor em custo- benefício. Bom atendimento, com elevador, com estacionamento, funcionários bem prestativos, restaurante disponível 24hrs... Muito bom. Único ponto negativo é o banheiro que é um pouco antigo, mas mesmo assim, bem limpo e direitinho.
