"Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. And refused to help and assist us with our issues. They canceled my reservation without my permission, and has not helped me get a refund. Also, the hotel lobby did not seem clean. Very bad experience!"

Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. "
