We will return

We had a nice stay. The rooms are a bit gloomy with dark heavy furniture, but it is a very pretty building in the snow. There was no cold water in the bathroom, perhaps the cold water pipes are not insulated sufficiently from the heating or the hot water ones.

Beautifully situated near a forest and a lake. However the interior climate did not agree with me. The air is bone dry and they spray perfume into the hallways to a level where I felt like if I passed through with my mouth open, I could take a bite of it.

Great place to stay at with great personal

It was a nice place. Great service and a nice personal that was very helpful. Could take our babygirl to the pool with no problems. Food at the restaurant was very good. We are planning that our next trip in northern Poland we will stay here again.

Pobyt uważam za udany i w dobie pandemia udało nam się odpocząć i oderwać od codzienności. Śniadania były przepyszne i bardzo duże porcję, obsługa miła i uczynna. Bardzo dobrze oceniam basen a także centrum Spa. Masaż balijski był odprężający i pozwolił nam na zrelaksowanie się we wspaniałym wnętrzu. Na pewno wrócimy tutaj w najbliższym czasie

Hotel imponujący tylko na zewnątrz. Bardzo wysokie ceny na wszystko. Fokarium i zoo mocno przereklamowane. Sytuację ratują plaże osiągalne tylko samochodem. Na terenie hotelu nikt nie pomyślał o planowaniu, a to co wyglada na jeziora to w istocie stawy. Nie polecam.

Byłam na koncercie grupy Forigners 17.07.2019,a póżniej mieliśmy zarezerwowany pobyt/2 doby hotelowe/.Koncert był rewelacyjny,organizacja również w miarę,natomiast na następny dzień po koncercie niemiła niespodzianka,zakwaterowanie od godz. 15.00!!!!Nie bardzo było co robić,obsługa nie zaopiekowała się w żaden sposób.Do restauracji na wodzie nie można było iść ,bo otwarta od godz.12tej.Rybaczówka nieczynna.Ogólnie obiekt zaniedbany,infrastruktura wokół bardzo zaniedbana.Trawa nie koszona,ogólny nieład,pokoje w bardzo średnim stanie,stolarka okienna i drzwiowa do wymiany.Brak klimatyzacji!!!!!!Standarty obiektu sprzed dziesięciu lat.Na pewno nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki.Natomiast muszę pochwalić spa.Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa,masażystki z Bali oraz przyjemny nastrój.Ogólnie polecam koncerty w Dolinie i nocleg,ale tylko w dniu koncertu

Hotellet og området er helt fantastisk. En smuk natur, lækkert mad, specielt på restauranten på vandet. Par kilometer derfra finder man en lækker sand- . strand som er værd og besøge. Vil man ud og shoppe, er der et rigtig fint indkøbscenter tæt på hotellet. Det eneste minus er, at det er meget lydt på værelset. Et ideelt sted for børnefamilier, som der er mest af på hotellet - også i spa området.
