Excellent, highly recommended! Close to the airport (2-3 miles), very clean and well maintained, several food and bar options, very comfortable, parking available although tight. Hotel allows anyone to pay for extended parking. Staff was very helpful, checked us in and out very quickly. All the amenities you would want!

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the airport, but you cannot hear any noise because the windows are so good. The Hoppa bus takes you to the airport. If you are more adventurous, the local bus stop is a short walk from the hotel.

What a great location! We flew out later in the day and the awesome desk receptionist recommended Windsor Castle just 18 min away. We had a great time and made our plane in plenty of time.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was conventional but nice. Would definitely stay here again. The bar was a plus for a nice cold or warm drink and the kids loved the pizza they offered there especially after the closure of the restaurant.

I am really impressed with this hotel. We did a stay, park and fly and then stayed again for a night on our return. The place is spotless and the rooms are large airy and comfortable. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room. You can park without leaving the keys and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very professional, welcoming, warm and compassionate! They were extremely kind. Each encounter from the welcome by the bellman to receptionist, room service and housekeepers were all remarkable! The hotel is very luxurious and the amenities are 5-star. I was very comfortable, relaxed and didn’t want to leave despite being a solo traveler. And the food was exquisitely delicious and savory!

The hotel is upscale, modern, beautiful and clean. Wonderful staff. The restaurant, Starbucks and bar have great food with very sensible prices and selections. There aren’t stores or many other places nearby within easy walking distance. Shuttles from the airport run daily with a small fee. The room has a refrigerator, safe and a kettle. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has a beautiful large soaking tub with shower combination. The only concern we had is the tub is raised a bit from the floor, so getting in/out is difficult with bad knees. We would definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room, they were great and moved us to another room. The sink in the bathroom in the second room was clogged and needed maintenance. The food service was good and having the airport shuttle bus stop right outside was very helpful.
