Amazing room on the water. Beautiful view. Well kept room, excellent balcony. Dimitri was ever so helpful at the reception. Full of information for us. Room was clean bed was so comfortable. Definitely a highly recommend!

Such a clean, cute beautiful ocean view property. Wonderful location and easy/direct access to ferry with all the luggage. WiFi worked great. 11 euro cab ride to the airport. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town!

The view from the room is stunning, however the bed is hard as a rock. Also the power went out in the middle of the night and we realized in the morning that is was a main breaker in the office area that wasn't reset until a staff member showed up at 9:30 am.

Lovely location, great guys that run it and views from balcony are fantastic. They even provide ear plugs in case local bars become noisy.

The hotel has a lovely view and the terrace and rooms are excellent, reception staff are friendly - however it is above the noisest disco in town which goes on until 3am - although there are earplugs left in the room, I would never consider staying at this hotel again regardless of if the room was half the price.

Beautiful setting, great views, friendly staff

A Beautiful setting, fantastic friendly staff, good sized modern room. Really enjoyed our stay at The Water and will return next year. Worth noting if you are a light sleeper, perhaps avoid as the cocktail bar next door is open until 3am, hotel does provide ear plugs to help mitigate this.

I loved my stay at the Water. Room was comfortable and Yiannis on Reception was really helpful :) the city view was fine but next time I’ll stay in the room with a balcony.

it has a wonderful location in the Old Port - very convenient to restaurants and ferry. The attention of the property manager Dimitri was exceptional! He helped us handle a missing luggage issue, recommended great places to eat and was available when we needed him!

Lovely room in The Water overlooking the sea, perfect to people watch and observe the activity on the port. Lovely friendly staff. Bathroom a bit dark, but that’s the only negative. Would definitely recommend.

This was a real gem! Would book again in a heartbeat. Location, location, location! So calm and relaxing sitting on the terrace as the tide gently rolls up. Who needs a noise machine. Staff wonderful and welcoming. Excited that you are there to share their wonderful island. Perfect.

The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel with lovely rooms with sea and harbor view. There is everything you need, including a nespresso machine to prepare some coffee. Unfortunately right next to it there is a cocktail bar that would play loud music until 4am in summer. They offer ear plugs and sleeping masks and the windows are good but it's definitely something to be aware of.

Lovely stay at the Water

Arrived before official check in but chap on reception was very helpful and as my room was ready I was able to check in early. Communication with the hotel was excellent. I was in a room street side and although room had no view and was close to local bars and restaurants, it was clean and the noise didn’t affect my sleep. My only slight criticism was there was a coffee mug and pod in the room but no facilities. It wasn’t till 3rd day when I asked that I found out there are facilities in the basement to make tea and coffee… I would visit again.

We had a fabulous stay at The Water. The room was stunning and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Dimitris was very friendly and was very helpful with extending our checkout to later on in the day so we could leave our stuff before our evening flight. Only criticisms was no full length hanging space for dresses/ trousers. I’m not particularly keen on a wet room which this was and would have been good to know this before, because the bathroom was quite small, everything was wet after a shower. We read lots of reviews about noise disturbance however we did not have an issue with this at all and we were in the room next to the bar. The balcony door is pretty much soundproof. Overall, we had a fabulous stay, location was incredible and the views from the balcony make this property a must when staying in Skiathos.
