The property was very clean and centrally located. It was great value for money. The downside was I booked the wrong date and despite availability for the correct date the accomodation or Ebookers, not sure would not change it. Also we booked a room expecting 2 double beds and 2 singles but got 1 double and 3 singles which included a bed settee and pull out. Sheets were not provided for the bed settee. Overall great value but not what we thought we were getting.

Nice, but not at location as mapped

A pleasant place to stay, with a young vibe. The only thing to note is that the location shown on the map for the hotel is incorrect. It is not right at the harbor but a bit up the street near a school. Not far off, but it's annoying when you're pulling a piece of luggage after a day of travel.

Great place to stay in a perfect location

Found this hotel very last minute on a trip to Skiathos and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the Port in Skiathos and Por Bus Stop. Right next to Papadiamantis Street with many bars and restaurants. Also close to the night life in Skiathos but in a good place to avoid all the noise from the town. The room is exactly what you need with plenty of space. The staff, in particular, Kyriakos, from the hotel was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. He was such a help at all times on our stay. Thank you for all your help Kyriakos! We highly recommend staying here!

Not even cheap price saved this Pension!

The lady who greeted us was very helpful and carried our bags up to our room. The room was very clean but much too small for a weeks stay. The balcony was tiny, hardly enough room for 2 people and next to a very noisy "cut through" which was used continually by noisy motor bikes. We had paid for a week at this Pension but only managed to stay for 1 night! Not suitable for OAP's !

hotel privo di reception occorre telefonare perchè arrivi qualcuno scale molto strette e in parte a chiocciola per cui diventa difficoltoso il trasporto dei bagagli bagno che si allagava x doccia abbiamo dovuto usare salviette per asciugare e per fortuna ne avevamo molte essendo una camera x 4 e noi eravamo in 2 unico armadietto occupato da cuscini stato di manutenzione generale letto matrimonusle in mansarda su base muraria molto alta con piccole finestre e con altezza ridotta

Schönes neu renoviertes Hotel sehr zentral

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, total modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Super Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

A clean, modern and centrally located room

Our Pension Avocado room was clean & modern and is centrally located in the Port town but away from the noise. It was however smaller than we expected for the price but for those who want 5 or 6 beds together with a good Bathroom it's a good choice. However, Wifi does not work in the room which means you have to stand outside your door on the stairwell landing if you need Wifi & there are narrow stairs to climb to your room.
