Wir waren zwei Wochen hier.Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Zu Beginn funktionierte das WiFi nicht. Welches für uns beruflich sehr wichtig war. Durch die Installation einer Starlink Anlage wurde eine stabile Verbindung hergestellt. Die Unterkunft kann man sehr empfehlen.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Besonders weil die Eigentümer unglaublich freundliche Menschen sind. Die Anlage ist sehr modern und sauber. Etwas abgelegen, jedoch mit schönem Blick auf das Städtchen. Leider mussten wir nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Das Badezimmer war nicht in einem guten Zustand, wird jedoch bald renoviert (gemäss Aussage des Eigentümers). Was schade war, war die fehlende Privatsphäre bei den kleinen Appartements, da alle daran vorbeilaufen mussten. Das WiFi war sehr schwach. Ansonsten alles top!

Lacking heart; would not recommend

Spacious and beautiful accommodations with a wonderful view across the harbor. Our stay, however, was marred by the lack of service. 1. There was zero WiFi service anywhere in our suite for the entirety of our one night stay unless we went outside. When we mentioned this to the manager, he said it was down in the whole town. This was not true, as we were able to access WiFi outside on the patio and during our time around town. 2. We requested a taxi to be called for us as we did not have cell service. This request was denied. The staff member shrugged instead and shook their head no, even though we explained our situation. (As of 2019, taxi to/from property to town/port is about 12 euro. Taxi to/from airport is 17 euro to property. In lieu of this, we recommend car hire/rental as property quiet, secluded, and further from center of town) 3. We arrived at 5:30pm; our room was not ready until 40 minutes later despite an earlier e-mail informing them of our estimated time of arrival. The property is beautiful, however, my partner and I were uncomfortable during our stay here due to the staff’s distant attitude and lack of willingness to help. The price per night is overpriced as it does not match the sad experience we received at this property.

We arrived around 2:30 pm and there was no one there to greet us. We had to walk around the property before finally finding the house keeper who checked us in and showed us our room. It is an amazing, comfortable, spacious and clean place with amazing views but suggest better reception because it doesnt match the high end quality of of the suite and ammenities. Overall was extremely happy once we were in our room.

Struttura moderna, riservata e confortevole.

La struttura di recente e moderna costruzione offre diverse tipologie di alloggio, più o meno grandi ma tutte gradevoli. Si sviluppa su più piani come una palazzina residenziale con splendida e suggestiva veduta sul paese di Skiathos che dista 5 minuti di auto (consigliata). Dispone di sole 8 Suites, modernamente arredate, tutte con affaccio sul mare, con ampi (alcune più, alcune meno) spazi privati (terrazze aperte, grandi balconi arredati con tavoli e sedie) all’esterno dove poter fare un aperitivo godendosi il tramonto o fare colazione (ogni suite dispone di frigorifero, lavello e qualche stoviglia ma nessuna dispone di angolo cottura e nemmeno di microonde). L’intero complesso residenziale che comprende anche un campo da tennis (da mantenere meglio), un parcheggio per gli ospiti, e giardini terrazzati è inserito nella macchia mediterranea e grazie alla sua particolare collocazione offre assoluta riservatezza, tranquillità e silenzio. Il padrone di casa, Gregorio, è assolutamente disponibile e si fa in quattro per fare tante cose...persino cucinarti una buona omelette per colazione. Tuttavia, l’esigua presenza di volenteroso personale di servizio (due persone) causa qualche disservizio generale sia nell’accurata pulizia degli ambienti (sia privati che comuni) sia nella funzionalità della colazione allestita a buffet in uno spazio un po’ ristretto e vicino alla cucina (si mangia tuttavia all’aperto su una terrazza mediamente soleggiata e ben allestita). Bene ma migliorabile
