Exceptional hotel ideally located. Not flashy but very comfortable (good bed, good linen, good shower, good breakfast). Very well managed by a couple who speaks good English and is very attentive to customers needs and wishes. Very helpful with trip planning. Very good value, highly recommended.

Good size clean room with comfortable chair and drink making facilities. Two bins, large enough bathroom. Lovely looking lobby. Staff spoke good English. Right in centre of Sivas, everywhere walkable. I would gladly stay again.

The Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tipps for dining and called a taxi for us. They speak english very good. We could stay in the lobby and drink Tea. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. With a waterfall shower head very nice!! The Breakfast was very rich. And the room was for a comfortable price. We would defintly come again if we visit Sivas

We highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and bright enough for us to stay comfortably. (All the hotel rooms we stayed at in Turkey dim the light too much for us Asians.) The equipment doesn’t have any problems. The hotel has great access to sightseeing spots in Sivas. On top of that, the owner, who can speak English, always supported us and our travel. If you have any questions about your travel, especially the time and the place to ride on the bus to Great Mosque and Hospital of Divriği, you will get such information smoothly.

Room new, wide and clean. Staff very kind and helpful. The only annoying thing was the venting system of the bathroom that was too noisy. We have not tried the breakfast.

Wir sind schon zum dritten Mal in diesem freundlichen Hotel. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist frei für uns, obwohl das Hotel mitten im Zentrum ist. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
