"The staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant to be around. The rooms were in great condition and the pool is breathtaking, especially at night. While it is rated as a 3 star hotel, we felt like we had a 5 star experience. I loved it so much that I’ve already booked another visit at one of their other locations. "

"The restaurant breakfast choice is fine. The staff are super friendly. It’s about a five minute walk to breakfast. But it’s along the beach so it’s all good. I would recommend taking a torch for the evenings. Bike and scooter hire from the bungalows is okay. Not sure how it compares price wise to others but cGBP8 for 24hrs"

"We had a great time at Tugu. It is a romantic, serene place that I felt so far away from bustling Bali. Special thanks to Ardian, who always was so prompt and efficient whenever I asked something, to Made the chef, who patiently taught us in the cooking class, and for the last but not the least to the kithcen staff whom I forget to ask name, who served us the most perfect candle lit dinner on the beach that we 've ever had.
