Room was clean, housekeeping was fantastic and came Tues, Thurs and Saturdays. Balcony is very large, beds comfortable, very quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full fridge and freezer, cooktop and combo microwave, convection oven. Bathroom was large, with a nice shower. The office was so pleasant to deal with.

Great spot, well equipped, comfortable beds, beach 5 min drive, lot of parking but no food or drinks allowed. The Lodges is inside a secured area, but the best was the private patio with fan!

The room was not cleaned there were things left from previous person, freezer stunk. The bathroom not cleaned and smelled. I had issues the first few days my key wasn't working so I couldn't get in the room a couple nights when I came in TV didn't work. The staff at the gate to get on property were extremely nice as well as the lemongrass restaurant and the restaurants near the beach. The beach was beautiful.

I stayed one night at Blue Bay Lodge due to a flight delay and just needed a place to crash, it turned out to be a great choice. The lodge was quiet, clean and well organized. Communication was excellent and the staff is flexible and very accommodating. It made an unexpected stop easy and stress free. Highly recommended for longer stay.

No stuff on property. We asked to leave suitcases in the he office because our flight was late afternoon, but the office was locked since early morning, although the day before we were promised that it is all set. Key didn’t work properly. Good things were the place is safe and quiet, close to the nice beach. Clean and well equipped.

Fantastic beach on site. Was hoping for more unique dining options but there is 4 or 5 places on site for food/snacks. Grocery store is very close by. Very happy we rented a car most sites worth seeing required traveling 15-20 minutes. Bigger tours will pick you up, cant recommend swimming with the turtles tour, most memorable activity we did as a family.

We are a senior citizen couple vacationing in Curacao the first time and we stayed int there hotel for 3 nights. The hotel self check in was a bit confusing due to a lack of signs. The operations of the room entrance door and appliances can use some instructions. The hotel staff was excellent when asking for support.

The Sunday SELF-check-in was quite unique and efficient as they sent us emails prior to our arrival for a smooth entry through the BlueBay gated area! The room was extremely modern equipped with everything necessary for our meals… a fantastic local supermarket nearby, as well 3 restaurants on the property which were not cheap … a dinner for 2 including drinks at LemonGrass restaurant cost us 120.00 US dollars. The beautiful clean beach was walking distance by 12 minutes

Property never shown to us. Unable to locate silverware. One of 2 ac units did not work. No washer as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Special code for beach & gate entrance never given. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties.

This property was very clean. There was a woman in the front office when we arrived that was nice. But a couple hours later no on was around. I had the impression when I booked here that the beach was close by, but it’s not. The walk was far with no shade, so it was not possible for my 80 year old grandparents to complete it. There weren’t any signs on the road indicating you were in the right path. Since most restaurants appeared far we had to order a taxi to get dinner which was expensive. The property is quiet which was a plus. It had AC and a coffee machine, but otherwise pretty basic.
