The rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly. Location is convenient with restaurants nearby. The room facilities need enhancement, suggest to add few chairs or sitting facilities in the room.
Place is super unique. It felt extremely private, very laid back atmosphere with some amazing food options near by. It feels off the beaten path, but it’s right next to a bus stop so is accessible to everywhere.
Booked this hotel for the novelty. My 2 teenager kids still enjoyed the experience. The beds are ok but the small and thin pillows are a pain. The king bed only has 2 of these pillows. Bathroom and shower room are very nice but no hand towels and bath floor towels so it can get pretty wet and slippery.
While many would agree that the price tag could get you a proper spacious room but I have slept like a baby and it was an unforgettable experience as my toddler sat and play at the driver’s seat for hours! Will return when the price is more affordable. The hot water flows instantly, the bus is cold enough, lunch and dinner was within short walk out. It was peaceful at night no noise we truly enjoyed this staycay here. Check in and checkout were smoothly done by Kelvin.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bus Collective, and it was an experience we won’t forget. This unique hotel has brilliantly repurposed buses into cozy hotel rooms. Nestled in the serene Changi village environment, the setting was perfect for a family getaway.
The room itself, inside the bus, was surprisingly cozy and well-equipped. It had a charming appeal that delighted us all. Outside the bus, there was a dining table and a BBQ pit, adding to the camping-like atmosphere. It was a joy to have our meals under the stars, surrounded by the tranquil nature of Changi.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful Changi Beach Park and the local market, which was convenient for us. Our kids absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and have been raving about their ‘bus’ adventure since we checked out.
The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist.
Overall, The Bus Collective offers a unique and delightful experience. It’s perfect for those looking for something different from the usual hotel stay. We are definitely planning to go back. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a unique experience close to nature!
The staff was courteous, helping me to drop our things early so we could go to Pulau Ubin and communicating well.
The kids loved the bus and there was TV where you could sign into Netflix, etc.
