"This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by. I always have the nicest time staying here and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Pear Tree Annexe in every respect and certainly look forward to my next holiday there!!"

"Lovely little cottage. We booked here as it was close to Cannon Hall Farm, Hall and gardens, which was the main purpose of our visit -10mins drive up the road! "Property was very nicely decorated with a cosy feel with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Location was great - nice and rural, but close to Tideswell and Monsel Head. In the couple of days we were there we visited Bakewell, Hathersage and walked Castleton and Mam Tor. We love the area and would certainly stay here again. "

"A lovely weekend away with a group of friends. We spent 2 nights and we’re so delighted with the dairy, which was warm, comfortable and stylish. We drove a short way from the farm to do a fabulous walk around kinderscout and took in kinderfall Williams clough. Had a fantastic meal at the bulls head in foolow.
