A CHF 30 non-refundable damage waiver fee is required, protecting you against accidental damages up to CHF 500. After booking, you’ll receive a link from our partner Truvi to complete this process—please finalize it promptly to confirm your stay.

🌾 Rural Switzerland Charm:
Surrounded by farms, the area attracts nature’s visitors like flies, mosquitoes, ants, and small spiders. Spider webs may occasionally appear overnight—part of the charm of the countryside!

🌦️ Seasonal Note:
Summers can be warm, and spring/fall temperatures can change quickly. There is no air conditioning or central heating. We provide an electric portable heater, fan, tips to keep comfortable
and duvets made from locally raised alpaca wool.

🧹 Cleaning Fee:
The cleaning fee covers a standard tidy-up. We kindly ask you to leave the place generally in order: return the furniture to its original spots and wash any dirty dishes and pans. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this isn’t done.

🎥 Video Tour:
After booking, you’ll receive a video tour with arrival instructions and a preview of the interior. If anything feels off, you can cancel with a full refund, provided it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Authentic Swiss Wood Cabin with a double bed for 2 guests, a separate small cabin with a bunk bed for up to 2 children (no adults), and 1 free parking place.

🏠 Main Cabin:

🛏️ Cozy double bed with duvets made from locally raised alpaca wool.
🍴 Outdoor barbecue pit for your cooking needs.
🍽️ Indoor counter with basic kitchenware, water kettle for coffee/tea, and a small fridge.
🚽 Ecological toilet (detached from the cabin, about 20m away).
🚿 Outdoor shower with water heated by a wood fire. For added comfort, there’s a complete bathroom in the main farmhouse, only 100m away.

👧 Children`s Cabin:
🛏️ Bunk beds for kids up to 12 years old.

🏠 Access Note: The cabin entrance is about 100m from the parking space, slightly uphill.

🚍 Getting Around:
Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride!
The area is well-served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts. The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk, and from there, it’s only 30 minutes by bus to Thun’s train station.

🌙 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
🎉 No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors.
🐾 No Pets: Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
🚫 Guests are strictly prohibited from flying drones on or around this property due to local regulations. Heavy local fines apply for violations.
📸 Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
👥 Guest Numbers: Let us know immediately if there are more guests than indicated in the reservation.
⏰ Our Hours: We’re available to respond to messages from 8 AM to 6 PM.
📋 Amenities: Be sure to check the amenities list to know exactly what’s provided.

🔌 Turn Off: Any fire, the stove and lights before leaving.
📦 Put Things Back: Return furniture and items to their original places.
🎒 Forgotten Items: Any left-behind belongings will be donated to charity.
🔒 Lock Up: Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.
