"Had issues when we got there late. Office was closed, called number on door. Never got contract and customer service said sometime it doesn't get sent when done thru third party, but she could not get it sent to me either. Took us an hour to finally access our room. Left our luggage and went to store, could not get into building with pass code just got an hour ago. Customer service reset and we got in building with the second code and first code still let us into room. Next day, we were out most of day. When we got back that evening with groceries and stuff for dinner, we could get into the building, but could not get into our room with either code. It's embarrassing and stressful to stand in the hall while people walk by, and two of us on separate phones trying to access the room. Couch bed was just a foam pad, not a mattress. Was very uncomfortable. Used coffee grounds in coffee maker, top of fridge was filthy, trash underneath sofa. Ceiling lights did not work in either room, so bad lighting till I could talk to someone Monday, 2 days after check in. I was not impressed with the unit, actually the opposite, and will not recommend this to anyone."

"I did not stay there. I was not able to cancel my reservation due to hotel.com errors and the hotel would not assist with the cancellation because it was done through hotel.com. I have stayed at this hotel before and do recommend the hotel, as it is nice in every way. I will not be using hotel .com for booking unless they make this right. Very disappointed longtime client of hotel.com!"

"The hotel canceled my reservation without notice. They said my card declined but how can that be when I paid in full when I booked the room three weeks ago. The employee Patrick was no help at all and was very smug. I will admit my husband was for upset after a flight and having to drive an hour and 30 minutes from the Tuscan airport to find out the canceled my room. Patrick stated he couldn't do anything since I booked through a third party. I have used Expedia for years and have never had a problem with any booking. This hotel did not want my business and it was very clear that Patrick did not want to help. Thank goodness when I called Expedia and told them about the incident that happened they were able to get me a room at another hotel and 11pm at night. So I don't think it was a problem with third party booking. Someone messed up my reservation at this hotel and didn't want to take accountability for their mistake."
