"The staff is friendly. Location near to tourist spot. Room is huge, clean and is fully furnish with washer dryer too. Great view staying high floor at 30th! Overall, I will give 9.5/10."

"The room is a bit dated but overall for the price point, I really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The laundry facilities were complimentary and brand new. The metro station is about two minutes from the hotel door. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby. "

"Nice hotel close to everything, free laundry which was a bonus. Problem was very limited English, staff were very helpful using translators on their phone apps. Always greeting you with a friendly smile and a hello. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again. "
