It is 50m from the sea and has it's own area on a quiet rocky beach where you can sunbathe and swim. The property is 3 flats and our group was 8 people, but you could fit 11 without any issues. "Very good !! Odd looking building & a bit remote but if you ask a lot of questions you will get all that you need! Clean , spacious rooms , especially the bathroom although the shower water leaks into the rooms so we had to make a dam with the towels . Communication is tricky . There is a water taxi to take you to old town , just ask for Nicky . You can also get to the waterfalls , just pack your patience . The nicer pool is up a hill but it’s worth it ! The bars are a bit odd because you can’t sit at them , rather , take away or order from a table . The breakfast is not very good ."

Directly across the street from the ocean bulkhead and within walking distance of nearly everything that makes Šibenik amazing: beaches, food and old town. "We stayed on the brand new floor that had just opened so there are still a few kinks to work out and items to be placed in some of the rooms (hair dryer etc). The staff went above and beyond to be helpful with the hotel itself and local recommendations. The furniture is a bit “funky/retro”. The location of the hotel is very convenient to drive to other places. The water is very clear and there are many beach areas nearby. Lots of resturants nearby too but parking is a bit tough."

"10 stars 🌟. We loved staying here, location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic old city, wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely rooms, very spacious and very quiet inside for a good nights sleep. Amazing, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Helped us to book a wonderful massage in the tranquillity of the spa facility on the top floor as well as recommending a local favourite restaurant, boat trip and booking airport transfers for us. Oh and breakfast was really good too, fab selection of fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and scrambled eggs and hit meats ! 100% recommended."

"What a beautiful and well kept property that it as close as you can get to KRKA falls. Front desk was very helpful, breakfast was good and our two bedroom space was huge! Bonus is that you can leave your car at the hotel while you check out the park. The town itself is very small but a nice break from big cities like Split and Dubrovnik."
