Spacious room, very clean, very pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast. It was in off season so there were not very many people in the hotel, so they did not serve buffet style. However, we submitted our menu and the time we wanted to eat breakfast and it was hot and ready for us.

We had a deluxe 2 queen bed room with two recliners. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. Check in was smooth. Parking was plentiful and the area very safe. This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and both times the hallway noise was distracting. I noticed that the door to our room had at least an inch and a half space at the bottom of the door. The hallway/foyer is huge and it echoes and any noise would be loud in our room while we were falling asleep. And I really feel that people in the hallway or going bye could hear what's going on inside our room. And alot of times a couple wants privacy and intimacy without the world hearing it. Just an FYI. Throw a couple of pillows on the floor against the door. I just don't understand why they cut the door's that short. Very annoying 😒

The room was spotless once we found it. We got off the elevator with no visible directions and wandered around for awhile before we found directions on the backside of a wall. Sad the pool was closed, and the breakfast bar was excellent however a long way from our room. Never did see the front desk again till we drove to the other end of the complex upon our departure.
