"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Located a mere 4 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute from the beach this was the low key break we needed. The stay was clean with great amenities. "Nice beach, nice pool, close to train station and the town of Kawazu. A bit expensive, but I recommend it!"

"I stayed here to relax and chill at the onsen, be close enough to the coast, and be able to use the kitchen. And because there was shuttle service to and from the train station that you can access with reservation. The room felt like a sanctuary, with view of the mountain and water, space to meditate and do yoga at the tatami mat, and take a nice bath a the tub with an incredible view. Bed was medium firm which was a relief and their disposable drip coffee was delightfully top notch. Enjoyed the warm indoor pool but most of all, relaxing at their outdoor hot spring with the sound of nature. Showers and change room were spacious and nice. Staff was attentive and responsive to my inquiries. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops. Hotel does need some updating at the main area especially the carpeted stairs but I would still come back here in a heartbeat."

"The room was spacious & elegantly furnished. The personal onsen was such a treat. Amenities were excellent. My only criticism was the fact that the towels were thin & the pillows small & hard but I do understand that’s my own personal preference. A small negative to a wonderful stay. The staff couldn’t have been more polite, friendly & helpful. They are the true asset for this establishment. We opted for half board. The food was beautifully presented, extremely generous & delicious. The actual site was cosy, nestled in a small village, in a valley surrounded by mountains. Such a peaceful retreat - a balm to one’s spirit. "
