Great stay, just be mindful on the location

The hotel overall is perfect and up to international 5-star standard re the outlook and services. The 2D2N stay is terrific. I have put remarks of celebrating my birthday here with them and the hotel arranged a birthday cake and some simple celebrated decoration in the room which is quite nice. Just 2 notes to foreign travellers: 1. The hotel location is a bit far from Futian border - you might locate it via searching “Exhibition Centre”, but it is actually close to the Shenzhen airport so it is about 1-hour train trip from Futian. 2. You ought to put on swimming caps to all swimming pools in Mainland China. Otherwise, you will either have to pay CNY50 to get one from the hotel or you’re just not allowed to go into the pool. Of course you could get online takeaways for a cheaper cap, but please be reminded the hotel location is quite far so the soonest delivery might be expected in 30 minutes. Personal advice is to bring your own swimming cap. I have reflected #2 above to the front desk that there is no notice on the hotel website for such “dress code” and the staff listened. Per we checked out they offered to be a little gift, compensating the experience of not getting into the swimming pool, which I appreciated the gesture. My husband and I enjoyed to stay and we might come back again.

生日出行

地點偏遠，地鐵站走路過去十五分鐘。離市區一個小時多車程。 國際品牌，環境及供應物品都有保證。只是員工培訓不足，部分員工態度不太友善。 門外服務生不夠專業，完全無笑容，見到有賓客不會主動開門及打招呼，這應該不是五星標準。 沒有送餐服務，只提供樓下室外外賣櫃，這配套服務未足夠。 3樓健身室及游泳池的接待處員工態度差，令住客好像受他們氣。更衣室內有乾濕桑拿，但乾的在維修中。不見有員工巡查。安全性有穩憂。 房間舒適，有生日蛋糕贈送，但酒店忘記了在預定送上來，遲了一小時仍未有送，親自致電前台提醒後才送上來。
