It was a great stay at Swissôtel. Service was great and facility is very clean. One thing is noted was that there were life guards near the pools 24 hours, which is appreciated for the safety of guests. All in all, we loved our stay.

Very good stay with family

Turkish personnel Mr.suleyman is the best employee ever. Our child has a food allergy and the other employees has no idea about allergies. Other than that, service and maintanence guys are very helpful.

Our experience at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Islamm and Al Hassan, the lifeguards who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. A big shout-out as well to Mohamed at the coffee stall (adult side) — always smiling and serving the best coffee with genuine warmth. We also want to thank Ahmed Aboelhassan from the adult side team — a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The reception staff were equally fantastic — polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. When my wife unfortunately became unwell with some sensitivense to her suffering from gastrointestinal, Dr. Mohammed was prompt, caring, and professional — we’re really grateful for the excellent medical attention she received. Our room cleaner, Shady, deserves a special mention too — such a sweet, hardworking, and polite man who kept our room spotless every day. Lastly, Ayad was wonderful and made our experience even smoother with his helpfulness and kindness. Overall, every staff member we met made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of positive energy. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience! 🌴✨

staff and management was really kind and supporting, especially we had a very great experience at Aqua bar with Mr. Temer, our housekeeping staff, Mr. Ganji and Mr. Mohammad were great people day did good service and also they make some decoration during making up the room, this is a new resort. I am sure that they are gonna be the best but since it’s new, there is some minor problems and I feel that they are trying to fix everything.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and they put on a wonderful New Years Celebration and show. I felt that daily activities weren't very well advertised, there was a list but not timing and location indicated. Found out on the last day that there was yoga daily on the beach? As an English speaking family, we were the minority here with most people speaking Russian, not sure if other hotels perhaps market more to English speaking countries. May not matter to some but hard to meet others with that barrier. Only one pool was heated so all of the waterslide pools were very cold so we didn't get to take advantage of that amenity much, which is why we booked this hotel in the first place. There was also no noticeable tour booking support for day trips etc, we ended up walking down the street to a local place and had good service there but felt it was odd to not have this service more in your face at the hotel. Overall, staff were kind and it was clean and had wonderful food. All of the a la carte restaurants were included.

Rooms are not clean. We had to ask the cleaning crew to come twice and clean the suite before right when we arrived. Rugs were dirty, sofa and chairs had stains on them. Bathrooms needed cleaning.

Swissotel is an incredible resort! I came here with my 2 year old child, husband and the grandparents, and it truly had something for everyone. The buffet is huge with so much choice, and I wouldn’t miss the a la carte options either. What made it even more special is the extra care and attention provided by our guest relations specialist Aya Ashraf, who checked on us every step of the way, and even helped us make certain changes to improve the quality of our stay, and reservations in restaurants etc. We really appreciated her warmth and hospitality!!

I never right a review. This time I have to. The managers in this property are really bad the worst I have seen even I have been in more than 60 countries but never sen manages like in this resort, rude, don’t care about customers at all.The heating is not working in the winter in 5 starts resort and the managers don’t admit it or want to do anything about it. Really bad the mangers.

The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. La chambre était bien, spacieuse et propre mais l’eau chaude n’était presque pas disponible. Le badge de la chambre a dû être reprogrammé 3 fois en une semaine. La nourriture peu variée, les tables à l’extérieur n’étaient pas dressées, on devait nous même chercher les couverts. Le personnel pas très serviable et peu sympathique. Tout est fait pour la clientèle russe, y compris certains spectacles le soir, on ne se sentait pas à l’aise. Le jour du départ, un agent de la sécurité m’a pris pour un voleur de valise alors que j’étais prêt à partir en taxi à l’aéroport. J’ai été humilié et j’étais vraiment très fâché de cette situation. Le prix est trop élevé en rapport aux prestations fournies.
