It is a good place to stay close to everything the beaches are acceptable the liquor is made in Egypt the food quality is five out of 10 the sweets are 8 out of 10, The place needs updating but it is acceptable so all in all it’s a good place to stay.
Fiyat performans açısından 10/10 yemekler çok iyiydi türklere %90 uyan yemekler beyaz peynir yoğurt vb bize uygun çok yiyecek var ana yemekler dünya yemekleri o yüzden asla zorlanmadık odalar çok iyi değildi malesef ama biz sürekli tura gittiğimiz için otel tatili yapmadık ama hijyen açısından hiç problem olmadı çalışanlar çok sıcak içten . Tabi daha fazla ücret vererek balkonlu bi oda alabilirdik ama biz uygun olması açısından böyle seçtik. Oteli seçmemizin asıl sebebi merkeze en yakın otellerden olduğu için şarmda taksi büyük sorun o yüzden mutlaka merkeze yakın bir otel olmalı hersey için teşekkürler

la struttura è in decadenza, le camere datate, se ristrutturate sarebbero davvero confortevoli.
per quel che riguarda il ristorante sono stata colpita piacevolmente dai piatti curati e dalla varietà.
Qualità-prezzo nella norma.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Buona posizione in 2°fila, ma pessimo accesso alla spiaggia. Spiaggia convenzionata affollata (conviene prenotare in anticipo il ticket di accesso), ma con mare fantastico per snorkeling poco lontano dalla riva. Stessa cosa per la seconda spiaggia convenzionata, all' altro estremo di Naama Bay e raggiungibile con navetta gratuita.
Menu molto limitato e monotono, di qualità medio/bassa.
Servizi buoni, personale disponibile, ma occorre sempre chiedere quanto dovrebbe essere scontato (es. asciugamani).
Belle le piscine, di cui una riscaldata, e le camere.

Sono appena rientrato da una settimana di soggiorno in questo villaggio. C’è da dire che la posizione è eccellente davvero, villaggio grande e molto carino, l’hotel mette due spiagge a disposizione e quella che consiglio io è la più vicina raggiungibile a piedi (5min MAX) ombrelloni e lettini ottimi, mare strepitoso con sabbia, sassi a tratti e barriera corallina pazzesca piena di pesci. Personale molto disponibile, accogliente e solare, buona comunicazione in Italiano. Ho riscontrato due pecche importanti: il cibo ragazzi purtroppo non ci siamo proprio, i primi due giorni sembrava discreto ma nei giorni successivi è andato peggiorando e a volte facevamo fatica a trovare qualcosa da mangiare (ma da quel che ho sentito è un problema di TUTTI i villaggi di sharm, quindi amen) il secondo è la pulizia della stanza, in particolare il fatto che in 7 giorni non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola, però nel complesso pavimento e bagno ok. Mi sento comunque di consigliare questo villaggio seppur con qualche nota stonata, ho conosciuto persone splendide che soggiornavano qui e sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Sharm tornei volentieri al Rivoli. Spero di essere stato utile.
Hotel bello, camere tipiche e grandi con arredamento orientale, materasso davvero comodo, stanza pulitissima. Personale gentile e cortese, camerieri sorridenti.
Lati meno soddisfacenti:
Buffet vario e abbondante ma la cucina non rispecchia le stelle dell'hotel. Cibo ripetitivo e la mangiabilità purtroppo andava a giornate: abbiamo vissuto 2 settimane a riso in bianco e pollo e molte volte neppure il riso era mangiabile (senza sale, scotto, con cannella) e pollo asciutto o troppo speziato.
Animazione inesistente: del programma di animazione settimanale tutte le attività diurne non sono mai state fatte, neppure Minidisco. Spettacoli serali di 35 minuti a ora di cena in uno spazio piccolo in mezzo al passaggio tra un buffet e l'altro. Si può quindi pensare che ci si potesse rilassare in piscina ma no: si veniva letteralmente assaliti dai venditori di escursioni o della spa.
L'insistenza con cui alcuni lavoratori pretendevano la mancia per un servizio che comunque era già stato pagato è davvero vergognosa!
Fuori dall'hotel sporcizia e plastica abbandonata ovunque. La strada per andare in spiaggia era una discarica a cielo aperto: puzzolente con immondizia ovunque. Plastica anche in spiaggia, persino dentro al mare cristallino (facendo snorkeling ho trovato un calzino,filo interdentale oltre che bottiglie e borsedi plastica) ma anche in mezzo al deserto o sul monte Sinai. La colpa non è sempre dei turisti! Paesaggi stupendi e mare da favola ma uno schifo a livello di inquinamento!
Vacanza di coppia dal 24 al 1 luglio presso hotel rivoli. Siamo stati accolti molto bene, check in veloce, personale cordiale e simpatico che parla italiano. La camera fronte piscina molto carina, molto pulita. Cambiano giornalmente asciugamani e teli mare. Al ristorante si trova di tutto, si mangia discretamente. Buona la colazione. Un grazie speciale al responsabile del ristorante Sayid, veramente gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico!
Presso lhotel si possono prenotare escursioni a prezzi modici.

Niente di speciale, molto datato, non so se per colpa della peste COVID o per l'organizzazione, comunque ci vuole parecchio tempo per sistemare l'hotel.Per me, come mentalità egiziana è rimasta ferma a 20 anni fa, pensano che il turista sia un pollo da spennare, ma si sbagliano, in primis nell'hotel ho trovato poca informazione e cortesia.
Non so se è perché in questo periodo stanno ristrutturando le strade ma per mia opinione l'hotel deve avere un sostanziale rimodernamento, è una accurata attenzione alla pulizia. Per quanto riguarda il cibo deve essere migliorato. Per me così com'è è un Hotel a due stelle

Struttura nel complesso carina e confortevole. Ragazzi alla reception sempre molto gentili e affidabili. Pulizia ok. Servizio navette per la spiaggia non uno dei migliori. Spiagge affiliate all’hotel non grandissime Emma nel complesso carine.

Het eten is echt top en de bediening is super vriendelijk en attent. Kamers zijn okay. Sanitair mag beter met meer waterdruk en warm water.
Het entertainment team is druk met iedereen vermaken. Leuk voor kinderen.
Er is WiFi maar géén internet en niemand die daar iets aan doet want ze hebben allemaal een data-abonnement op hun mobiel. Advies, regel een data bundel want WiFi en internet in slecht in Sharm El Sheik.

Not the best budget hotel stay
A very average hotel.
Room was clean but the water in the shower had a lot of sand in it and it was brown in color.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was very poor - 4 pieces of different bread with 1 plain croissant and some feta cheese along with cucumber and tomatoes every day.
Omelet station is fine.
The bed is average for comfort.
Overall experience, for the money paid is fine.
We were guests of the hotel from January 5th to 12th. We booked and paid for a vacation package which included the flight and hotel on expedia. upon check in, the receptionist (AMR EL SHARAT)cannot find the reservation and keeps us in her office for at least 2 hours trying to understand why. all with a bad professionalism. when everything seems to have resolved the next day he calls us at the reception saying that we would have to pay € 124 again, which would have been the difference between the expedia booking and a local travel agency called "sun travel". shocked by this, we say that being a package booked and paid for by credit card, it was not for us to pay the difference.At this point with great difficulty we try to contact the expedia customer service in Italy who replies that we are waiting for their final email.In short, this receptionist for the next few days, almost until the end of the holiday, every time he saw us in recepion he kept asking us for money as if we hadn't paid, making us seem in front of other customers at fault.He is certainly the least suitable person to do this job. It should have been a vacation and it wasn't thanks to him. Luckily there are other people who do an exceptional job like TIZIANA at the reception, OLGA and JOSEPH as regards the animation who helped us a lot and made us spend unforgettable moments. For this we thank them very much and I must say that I would come back only for them. thanks TIZIANA, OLGA and JOSEPH.
