Great hotel in a very good location for getting around the city! Entrance to metro 50m from the hotel lobby. Friendly and helpful concierge service. Very good breakfast. Will probably stay at Pullman Jing'an again on next visit to Shanghai!

Very convenient hotel close to Shanghai station

I stay here several times per year. I need a train ride from Shanghai to Huaian and the Pullman hotel is very close to the train station. Rooms are nice, breakfast is nice, and the restaurant has good options for dinner as well if you don't feel like going out. Bathrooms have a great waterfall shower head, one of my favorite things after a 13 hour flight is a good shower. Aside from being close to the train station it's just a good location in general with lots of options to do things. It's my go to when travelling from Seattle to Huaian, and I will be back in the future.

The hotel has a very convenient location—right outside is the high-speed railway station, and it’s also connected to Metro Line 1. It’s close to several famous attractions in Shanghai. The hotel service is excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and the front desk helped send it to me. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai.

Easy to walk to Shanghai station

It is easy to walk to Shanghai station. The room is comfortable.　I didn't have time to go to the fitness gym, but I want to try it next time.

I think it was average. The location is near the Shanghai train station but the traffic is so busy all the time due to the same reason. There are limited choice of things to do or shop nearby. Service is ok, bellboys are there for show and do nothing. Good view from the executive room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Initially I had a problem with some reno noise outside of the window. The staff helped me upgrade my room into a better room on the 15th floor. The location was really convenient. It took me 10 minutes to jump onto my train from the hotel on the day of my departure. Last but not the least, the staff were really attentive. I really appreciated the help from Tina and her team. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who is after a comfortable stay in Shanghai with great customer service and convenience of location. :)

It was very clean and the staff were very professional. Everything was pretty fancy and it was a very upscale experience, yet not that expensive. I really enjoyed my stay. I can’t think of anything I disliked. Some of the staff can’t speak English, but that’s all over Shanghai.

We did not get a chance to use it on Mar 7 because the booked date was wrong． It should be Feb 7 instead of Mar 7. We tried to talk with hotel manager on Feb. 7 for change or get some credits，it was rejected，The hotel asked us talk to Expedia but we can not reach it in china. We have to pay full price for the Feb 7． Before Mar. 7，we go there to negociate again，hotel still refuses to give us credit. Since we paid for March 7 via Expedia， hotel got the payment，it should be give customer some credit or refund if there is a date issue especially there is a full month gap，

The pool was closed. They did not have it open or available during the stay. They refused to let us use it and they did not tell us when we checked in that the pool was not open. Also, the breakfast was average at best. Two years ago I stayed here and it was the best place in Shanghai but today half of it was closed: no pancakes, no bread pudding, coffee was not hot, and the milk was watered down. No room servie was available, During these times, they shoud hire a lifeguard so guests can swim and have their normal menu for lunch. We would have extended and stayed 1-2 more days but the quality of stay and food was not the way it used to be. On their menu , they said they had no "steamed rice" or "spaghetti" , common foods and items they had before 2019. Even when requested, they ignored me when I asked for basic things. the only good thing was they gave me a toothbrush, but they should have offered a refund upon check in becaus the pool was closed, just suggest they get a foreign worker there, to have some basic standards.

Loved the breakfast varieties and top quality ingredients, whether it was fruits & salads, English Breakfast, healthy choices such as smoked salmon, yogurts and muselies, or delicious Asian selections, e.g. dumplings, steamed baos, wontons, congees and ramens made fresh for you. We thoroughly enjoyed and sampled different types of breakfast each day. Happy hour in the evening doesn't disappoint either. Great selection of Asian and Western dishes, including complimentary beer, wine and liquour. It's worth paying a little extra to enjoy the club perks. Our twin room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We won't hesitate to book again when we are in Shanghai again
