The hotel is well located. And service was good people are nice. Opportunity areas: The rooms are not clean.. same as bathroom/carpets the clean is very poor and need maintenance.

Need an upgrade and dedicated non smoking floor

Staff generally cold but that could be a cultural thing. Room was generally well clean except for an area near the entrance that is perpetually sticky. Breakfast was good for me. Room is old and there are quite a few brown water stains on the floor tiles. Very difficult to get a stable temperature when showering. Room is always stuffy as cold aircon function seems to be off. Was not able to get a good night’s rest, actually many nights. For some reasons. For a non smoking hotel, I keep detecting cigarette smoke in my room. Suspect neighbours smoking but I think the hotel do not enforce the no smoking rules. After all, it is a nation of smokers.

ホテルの周辺はマンションだったため、静かでした。 お店は数分歩くとレストランがあります。地下鉄の近くにはショッピングモールやスタバ、ケンタッキーもあるため良いです。 全体的にコンビニが少ないため、予め買っておくことをお勧めします。 ホテルの内装は、少し古いかなと感じました。浴槽の壁にヒビが入っていたり… あとテレビが映らなかったため残念でした。 ですが、客室はエレベーターから近かったので、ありがたかったです。 そして、ホテルの方は親切でした。英語が話せるスタッフは少ないため、Google翻訳で対応しました。

這是一間非常舊的假日酒店，房間應該沒有翻新過，我原本住的房間地毯上有一大灘顯而易見的檳榔漬，浴室發霉的非常嚴重。後來跟服務人員反應後，他們幫我換了一間比較乾淨的房間，但是浴室還是一樣有發霉的情形。我不認為我會再來住第二次，而且浴室備品（沐浴乳、洗髮水）那邊清潔的不乾淨，都有污漬跟上一位房客的頭髮。服務人員都很友善，但是這間飯店真的很舊，衛生品質也堪憂。
