Staffs were very kind and willing to help us everytime. The bad thing was, they've never cleaned up the room for 3 nights. (Only changed towels, emptied trash cans. That's all). Breakfast was okay and location was nice to use the subway(around 5 minutes by walking).

Customer Centric Hotel

Front desk staff not only provide efficient, but friendly and making you feel at home. e.g. provide complimentary black coffee, green bean drink and bottle drinking water in chiller. This is very touching as the period I stay is summer. The daily breakfast is well spread, including noodle and dumplings cooking station, changes 7 dishes daily, and provide takeaway containers if you are not able to have breakfast at that timing(7 am to 10 am).

自宅の部屋みたいに落ち着いた感じで過ごせました。 USBポートの数が多いのもありがたいです。 朝食の種類も豊富で、ヌードルバーもあるのが良かったです。 メトロの駅（2号線　唐鎮駅）からも5分くらいで近く、駅と接するショッピングモールは地元感たっぷりで、飲食店も多く、なかなか楽しい場所でした。
