我最喜歡大廳經理，維護客人， 挺身而出，(我在2019年3月20日上午在海舟大酒店10點45分退房)本來叫了滴滴車男司機白色車，車牌9876，點知來了女司機紅色車，當時我覺得不對，立即與女司機對資料，女司機無法講我訂了滴滴車司機電話號碼，我立即去酒店前台打電話比之前司機，點知女司機發爛，好彩大廳經理與無理女司機爭辯，還幫我叫車去浦東機場，比大廳經理讚賞
