"The owner of the property never communicated with me. I never found the property I had reserved, and I was stuck late at night after travelling across the world with no where to stay. Fortunately a local hotel was extremely helpful and I wound up staying there and had a good experience. I hope that VRBO will reimburse me for the cost of that hotel."
