Great view compared to a lot of other places. I like how cozy the room is, I wished we had a coffee machine in each room, but overall it’s the perfect location to everything including the cruise line, railroad and bus

The front desk was fantastic and super helpful. The room itself was fine a bit run down and could use some updates. It was warm the days we were there about 70 and like most places in Alaska there is no air conditioning. We were able to open balcony door and room door for a great cross breeze that made the room comfortable. Beautiful view and within walking distance to both downtown and the harbor.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We looked how they had roku, so we could log in to Netflix for the kids while we were taking breaks between exploring and meals. We enjoyed our stay.

Murphy's Alaskan Inn was a pleasant surprise in the middle of Seward AK. A bit older property, but rooms are nice and clean, and everything works correctly. We had a good stay. Thank you.

The Motel location is ideal to reach downtown or cruise terminal. All staffs including front desk and housekeeping are very nice and helpful. However, the motel's condition is terribly unclean in bathroom and disgusting bedding.

The staff was amazing! Outstanding customer services! One night we got to stay in one room, tue conditions weren't the best, but the second night we got moved to a much bigger and better room! I definitely recommend it. Thanks to the amazing staff for making it a great stay for us.

Make sure you ask for a portable fan - we forgot until late each night and it got very hot in our room even though it was not hot outside. Our check-in was delayed, but thankfully we had people to go hang out with for a couple of hours. The staff was very friendly and the views from our room were amazing!

Great Find!

We found the team employee who checked us in via phone was very helpful. We originally had a third floor room and we needed a second floor or first level room and the employee helped us with that request. The room was large and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and the attached restaurant has very good food.

Bedsheet had bed crumbs. Provided Small tiny shampoo & 2 small tiny bar soap for two people provided. Nothing special on this place. You get what you paid for. Decent stay. Recommend to bring your own shampoo, body soap. Overall comfortable stay.
