Absolutely beautiful property but if you like peace and quiet this is not the property for you. The location is amazing BUT the sound of the Cathedral bells all night is awful, even with the doors and windows closed the sound is so loud. If you sleep like the dead it will be perfect.

The space was very unique. There was a private elevator to get to the property. If you are renting, make sure you are okay with stairs. The apartment is actually 3 separate levels. The first level is the bedrooms, the second level has the murphy bed, living room space and kitchen and terrace, the third level has the other terrace/rooftop space. :) Beautiful views and cute space!

Fabulous central apartment.

Lovely apartment right opposite the cathedral in the centre of the historic city. Spacious over 3 floors with bedrooms on 3rd floor of the building (access via lift) living room/kitchen diner and dining terrace on 4th floor and rooftop sun terrace. Spacious and immaculate right in the centre of the action. Would stay again if in Seville. Pedro in the office was very helpful with remote checkin and keys via the app. Quick communication via email and WhatsApp.

Great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and location was great. We stayed at the pent house, which has a terrace with incredible views. It is noisy because it is in the heart of downtown. A small price to pay for such a wonderful location.

Amazing place to stay

Location is prime. The apartment is in front of one of the cathedral’s door. It is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. It has a kitchen and a washer/dryer machine. The property is just steps from restaurants. We arrived early to Sevilla, and they were able to give us the apartment earlier. The communication previous to our arrival was great, also the check in process, and they are very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I spent two nights here and would stay again if we were in Sevilla. This is a very conveniently located apt across the street from the Cathedral and walkable to all the major sites and restaurants. The space was large with a good sized kitchen, although we did not cook, and a spacious bathroom. It appeared to be recently renovated and nicely furnished.

Amazing Stay!!

Pretty easily the best stay we had during a two week trek through Spain. Check in was fast and easy. The key card through Justin App worked perfectly. The room was incredibly spacious and couldn't be in a better location. Washing machine midway through our trip was clutch. There was beeping coming from an alarm in the hall on the last night of our stay that was pretty annoying. And street below the apartment is VERY busy and quite loud. Pros: - SUPER spacious - washing machine - incredible location - the bed was easily the most comfortable of maybe any hotel stay ever. Temperpedic? - service was very attentive and accessible through WhatsApp Cons: - beeping in hallway - hallway/stairwell had unusual, fishy odor - instructions for washing machine would be nice Next time: would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! Worth the splurge!

Amazing location but loud

Amazing location with an incredible view. Very comfortable, spacious, stylish apartment. A few things to note: the key is delivered electronically via an app on your phone, so be sure everyone who needs a key will have internet access on his/her phone. The bedroom windows look out over a very loud/busy street. We used a white noise app on our phone to block out the street noise. The bathroom windows look onto an air shaft shared by a loud, busy restaurant kitchen. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine (so helpful!) and soap for each, but the soap is provided in pods without any packaging so we couldn’t tell which soap was for which machine. It would help if they were in the original packaging so we knew which was which. It would also help to have a sheet with instructions to the washing machine. On the whole would recommend, as long as you can get past the noise for sleeping.
