Nice clean property. Some front staff helpful, others not so much....language barrier. Very good breakfast, with hit plates, cold cuts, fantastic breads, and some delicious pastries. Out of city centre, but very walkable to see the sights. A nice walk to Plaza Espana took us 30 mins, but you can pass all the highlights enroute. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but we managed to get on street parking 3 out of 4 nights 1 night in parking garage at $30 cad per night. All in all i would stay there again.

Glad the helpful receptionist pointed out we had paid twice, once through Expedia, and once direct to hotel as requested by them in email prior to arrival. This appears a common occurrence, and should be rectified so is not repeated, thanks.

Nice hotel, kind of far neighborhood

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The only real con is the location—we don’t mind walking and knew when we booked that it would be a 15-20 minute walk to most attractions. We didn’t realize though that there is very little in terms of cafes or food nearby, and didn’t love having to walk 10 mins for breakfast and dinner every day since we didn’t opt for hotel breakfast.

Nice hotel but too noisy for our taste

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice hotel decoration. Walls way too thin to enjoy a good night sleep unless you have neighbours who do not watch TV, laugh, speak loudly, slam doors, shower up to 3am in the morning. We had earplugs on... That's a shame.

Wir hatten das Apartment 5, das sich in einem separaten Gebäude gegenüber der Bar befindet. Dort war es sehr ruhig , über einen extra Eingang versteckt , gelangt man zum ebenerdigen Apartment. Es ist einfach und sauber, AC vorhanden. Nichts dolles, aber völlig ausreichend für 1 oder 2 Nächte, um die tolle Altstadt zu erkunden. Das beste ist die Lage und die Bar mit preiswerten Tagesmenüs guten Kaffee und billigen Bier. Das einzige nicht so tolle ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto, es ist extrem eng, teil kommt man nur mit angeklappten Außenspiegeln durch die engen Gassen, aber es ist machbar. Parkplatz allerdings ist eine reine Glückssache oder man parkt unten im Parkhaus und nimmt den kostenlosen alle 30 Minuten fahrenden Minibus, der einen in die Altstadt hoch fährt. Zu Fuß sind es cs.15 Minuten, und es ist nicht aölzu steil.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Der Parkplatz (15 €) konnte früher und länger gegen eine kleine Gebühr (5 €) benutzt werden. Frühstück für 6€ ist ein fairer Preis. Einen großen Dank an die Dame an der Reception Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen :) Aĺles hat gepasst
