L'hôtel était incroyablement bien situé au centre même de Los Sietes, très propre, avec des équipements tout neufs. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et agréable, très à l'aise avec les clients. Nous avons essayé une seule fois le petit déjeuner, qui est donné à côté, et il était très bon également. Rien à dire là-dessus, c'était une excellente expérience.

Onlangs gerenoveerd hotel met nog wel wat kinderziektes. Er vonden nog wat werkzaamheden plaats. Ligging super. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar mag wel meer initiatief nemen. We verbleven een week in een standaardkamer. Klein en dat weet je bij het boeken maar valt dan toch wel tegen. Geen zitje dus. Een bed en 1 stoel. Geen kast. Wel mooie kamer. Na 3 dagen op ons verzoek verhuisd naar een andere kamer. Airco werkte niet goed. Koude lucht rechtstreeks op het bed en dit kon niet veranderd worden. Airco met veel functionaliteiten die dus niet goed werkte. Waarom geen gebruiksaanwijzing erbij? Kluis werkte niet. Moest iemand voor langskomen. Lamp ging kapot. Moest iemand voor langskomen. De diverse electra schakelaars werken zeer onlogisch en lijken verkeerd op elkaar aangesloten te zijn. Rooftop heel leuk maar alleen in de avond. Bar gaat ook pas om 20u open. Ook nog 2 avonden afgesloten voor een prive party. Eerste dagen lagen er overdag ook geen kussens op de stoelen. Zwembad mag geen zwembad heten. Is een dompelbad van ca 3 bij 3 meter met ook nog een invalidestoel er in. Ook geen ligstoelen. Na 3 dagen moesten we zelf vragen om het bed een keer te verschonen. Al met al redelijk tevreden maar zeker niet in lijn met alle voorgaande volgens ons te positieve recensies.
