Nice hotel - staff were polite and was easy to find after a delayed flight into Lisbon. Room was spacious but struggled to find plug sockets to charge phone in the room as all being used by lamps

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Turim. As stated the staff was helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The (optional but WELL WORTH) breakfast buffet was really delicious. Finally, YES I would certainly stay again. Very reasonably priced as well !

Unsatisfactory 4* hotel?

The staff were very friendly The bed mattress was very hard, but the pillow was extra soft, had to wait 10 minutes before there was hot water for a shower, breakfast was unsatisfactory for a 4* hotel, basically I will not be staying at this hotel again

Hopefully they had a very bad day

Of course they had a bad day. But it cannot be only that. Used towel on the bathroom floor when checking in. The receptionist refused to admit that half board meant more than breakfast (was solved later on). Waiting time for the food at the restaurant was near two hours. Even though they had few guests. And the quality was below medium. But nice surroundings and good breakfast.

Tapered your expectations. The hotel is pretty old and the property shows its age. I could always overlook a hotel’s age if the service was excellent; but here I’m sorry to report it was just as average and going poorly. They had my name wrong on the reception key, the guy at reception wasn’t friendly and was on the phone during check-in. No “give me one moment”, hello welcome to Azeitao… nothing. And we love Portuguese people for their friendliness but this guy couldn’t be bother. He also told us that our breakfast wasn’t included but it was but I didn’t argue as I was hoping to solve it during checkout… and indeed there was no problem with the other person at checkout. We were there for a wedding and nothing could harsh our mellow but in the end we decided to leave the hotel early (paid for in advanced the extra days ) in order to go to Lisbon and spend more days there.

La piscina maravillosa necesita mas mantenimiento , basura de la papelera sin recoger en 2 días , no hay luz en los lavabos , hojas a montones en el fondo y flotando wn la piscina . Avisé 3 veces pero es un tema de Dirección de poner más medios , sino no está a la altura de un 4* en cuanto a piscina se refiere

Lugar agradável

Um local muito agradável para descansar em casal ou com família, aos finais de semana não tem muito local perto para almoço ou janta. Mas com cidades perto a 12 km com opções . Uma das únicas coisas negativas são os banheiros que tem pouca pressão e difícil de achar a temperatura certa para um belo banho. O ponto mais perfeito foi o pequeno almoço que foi excepcional. Tudo fresco e os funcionários muito prestativos e sempre com o sorriso no rosto.

Bom custo benefício

O hotel é bastante espaçoso e com vários atrativos. As instalações são antigas mas estão bem conservadas. Ó elevador é bem pequeno, se estiver com muitas malas não cabe, e como é um elevador antigo os sensores não funcionam muito bem (quase prendeu meu braço ao fechar a porta). É bem próximo de mercados, postos de gasolina, etc. É um hotel que o preço compensa, eu ficaria novamente. Sempre mostro os hotéis em que me hospedo no instagram Milhas Além do Cartão, confira lá!

Ficamos apenas uma noite em familia, pois estavamos em viagem. O hotel não me surpreendeu, um pouco datado, pouco actualizado, o quarto estava limpo e o pequeno almoço era bom! Talvez tenha sido esse o ponto positivo. Os espaços exteriores deixam a desejar, a piscina achei que tinha os equipamentos de apoio à mesma, como wcs e espreguiçadeiras com muito mau ar! O pequeno almoço era realmente bom e o pessoal foi simpático!
